How it Works

1. If you are looking for a self catering or cottage holiday in Devon, Cornwall, or the Isles of Scilly, simply create an accommodation request by entering a few details about the holiday you are looking for.
2. Property owners who can meet your requirements will be notified, and will be able to post an offer against your request.
3. Whenever an offer is posted you will receive an e-mail notification, and the offer will be displayed against your request. (You will need to have registered with us so we know where to send the e-mail notification).
4. You will be able to review the details of all offers received at any time.
5. Your request will stay on the site for a period of time you specified when creating the request. You can accept an offer or you can withdraw your request from the website at any time, before you and the owner have agreed accommodation.
6. If you find an offer you like at a price you like, simply click the 'accept' button on the offer, and book directly with the owner.
