Description
The apartment is 2minutes walk from the beach and river frontage at Helford Passage with access to boating and water based activities.
One bedroom has a king size bed, the other twin beds. The apartment, therefore, sleeps 4 people.
The lounge dining area is light and airy and looks onto the pool and garden. There is a TV using Sky, a DVD and a video player.
The bathroom has a power shower over the bath.
The pool is always usable but realistically the temperature is heated to a comfortable level between the end of May and the middle of September.
The hot tub is kept at a constant 38 degrees.
There is a local village shop with a limited selection. Sainsbury's and Asda are about 6 miles away towards Falmouth and will deliver.
The apartment is available from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The Ferryboat Inn is by the beach and we are within driveable distance to eating places in Falmouth and the surrounding area.
Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens are just up the hill.
