This is a large house in the prime spot overlooking the beautiful cornish fishing village of Polperro. Spectacular sea and harbour views. House sleeps up to 13 in 7 bedrooms with 6 modern bath/shower rooms.

The house has a spacious entertaining rooms and large conservatory and terrace areas which makes it ideal for large families or groups of friends. We have hosted many major family celebrations, including a wedding reception. The BBQ facilities on the top terrace and conservatory provide one of the most beautiful dining locations in the Cornwall.

Polperro is one of the loveliest unspoilt fishing villages which provides guests with many superb pubs, restaurants and shops all within a 5 minute walk.

The house has steps down from its large terraced garden straight to the harbour and coastal path and outstandingly beautiful Cornish beaches and cliffs.

Dogs are welcome by agreement with the owner.
