The Barn and Homestead @ Southcombe Farm are both Luxury Holiday Cottages. The Barn has 2 bedrooms and was converted in 2007, the Homestead has 2 bedrooms (one en-suite) and is a new eco timber frame construction due for completion in July 2012.

The Barn is situated in the farmyard with far reaching country views towards Holsworthy. The Homestead is positioned in its own private area adjacent to the vegetable garden and has views over wild countryside meadows.

Both properties have plenty of space and comfort. Perfect for families, friends or couples. Each has an open plan living area with fully equipped country kitchen and dining area. The lounge areas are spacious with comfortable leather sofas, stereo, TV, DVD, log burner and of course fantastic views out over the surrounding countryside. The bedrooms are cosy, but spacious. The third bedroom in the Homestead has the convenience of a full size en-suite bathroom and direct access onto the veranda. All the bathrooms are fully tiled, spotlessly clean, with a good supply of hot water so a long bath is a pleasure!

Although each holiday cottage is bright and airy, they are also warm, complete with efficient heating and modern insulation. Whenever you visit, whatever the weather, you will be very comfortable. In fact many of our guests return each year!

Our prices are competitive ensuring you good value for what is fantastic luxury accommodation. Remember, heating, bed linen, towels and even bathrobes are all included and we have been rated as 5 Star Self Catering by Visit England*. As an added bonus for couples and single guests we discount our prices for under occupancy depending on the number of bedrooms being used.

The Barn is available from the beginning of March to the end of December. For Christmas the Barn is tastefully decorated for that perfect festive escape! The Homestead is open during the summer holidays only.
