With hens and ducks in the yard, Lower Collaton is a small working farm nestling in a peaceful valley just six miles from Dartmouth and the sea. It is ideally placed for exploring this area of South Devon that is famous for its beautiful beaches, walks, and interesting places to visit.
The main living area has exposed scissor beams and countryside views, There are three bedrooms, one double with bath/shower, one twin with shower, and one twin with shower that can zip/link into a double.
